Pilot autumn 2026 · launch January 2027

Every gate in view, every fault a step ahead.

Colloport connects the gates, barriers and doors of your customers to a single platform. Your team sees faults coming, diagnoses them remotely and only drives out when it is really needed.

From control cabinet to dashboard in three steps

01

Connect

Relays in parallel with the existing controls, sensors on the inputs. 24 volts from the cabinet, 4G out of the box, no customer network required.

02

Scan

Scan the QR code on the module, pick the customer, done. The device enrolls within minutes with its own certificate.

03

Manage

From that moment on: live status, history, alerts and remote control. For every customer, in one overview.

See what is invisible on site

Supply voltage, signal strength, switching history per relay: the Flex One measures continuously and the platform keeps the history. A failing power supply or a wearing sensor shows up in the chart, weeks before the customer calls.

  • From 24 hours to 90 days of history per channel
  • Thresholds with automatic alerts
  • Measurement data contains no personal data

The sensor measured, the fault bridged In certification

Every flex input measures the real sensor signal: the resistance of a safety edge, the voltage of a photocell. If a sensor fails, the paired flex output can temporarily keep the installation operational from a distance while you plan the repair, fully recorded in the override register.

  • Four FI/FO pairs, 0-24V and 4-20 mA
  • Only after explicit confirmation, always instantly revocable
  • Every override recorded in the audit log

The override function is currently going through the CE certification process and will be released after approval.

Not active

Measured through, even during an override: the input keeps recording the real sensor value, so you can see when the repair is complete.

The gate knows its opening hours

Weekly schedules, date ranges and holidays: the gate opens, closes and locks itself. Rules have a clear precedence and can be switched on or off individually, remotely too.

  • Opening hours, night lock and exceptions side by side
  • Import date lists for holidays
  • Manual operation always remains possible

Every action traceable

Who switched which relay, who changed which setting, who logged in when: the audit log records everything, filterable by category and exportable. Overrides get their own register, ready for inspection and insurer.

  • Complete trail of commands, configuration and access
  • Separate override register
  • Exportable for reporting

Everything that completes the platform

Alerts

Rules per sensor, threshold or status. You decide per rule who gets notified and when.

AI diagnosis

When an alert fires, the AI reads along with telemetry and logs and prepares a first analysis in plain language.

Guest passes

Temporary access for visitors or contractors, with expiry date and usage log. Instantly revocable.

Templates

Set up IO configuration and alert rules once, apply them to the whole fleet.

Maintenance

Logbook per device, days since the last service and automatic reminders.

OTA updates

Devices update themselves over the air. The whole fleet current, without site visits.

Permissions & teams

Access per team or user, granted down to device level.

Mobile app

End users operate their gate on the go; technicians configure on site.

QR onboarding

New device? Scan, pick the customer, online. No configuration screens on site.

Wired in parallel: the Flex One does not replace the existing controls. If the connection drops, the gate simply keeps working locally.

Wherever a gate makes the difference

Familiar ground for installers: from distribution centre to holiday park.

Distribution centre with trucks

Logistics & distribution

Access for drivers and suppliers, outside office hours too, without anyone having to drive over.

Barrier at a holiday park

Holiday parks & campsites

Barriers and access gates managed centrally, guests via the app or a temporary pass.

Self-storage corridors with units

Self-storage

Unmanned locations with dozens of access points, fully monitored and operated remotely.

Garage door of a residential complex

Parking & residential

Garage doors and parking gates of residential complexes, with permissions per resident.

Access is a matter of trust

Anyone who switches gates remotely must be certain who is on the other end. At Colloport security is the foundation, not a layer on top.

mTLS per device

Every module its own certificate; the key never leaves the chip.

Short-lived certificates

Renewed automatically every 24 hours.

Block remotely

Locked out within seconds, even in other hardware.

Passwordless

One-time codes by email; no passwords that leak.

Roles and permissions

Five roles, permissions down to device level.

Audit log

Every action recorded and traceable.

EU hosting

All data stored and processed within the EU.

GDPR by design

Measurement data without personal data, linked only to the device ID.
